At 9:28 a.m. I called about a radiator replacement on my semi truck and was told they could do the job. I arrived at 9:40 a.m. and was quoted a labor rate of $85/hr. My truck was pulled into the bay around 10:00 a.m. and the work was finished at about 4:10 p.m. Despite this, I was charged for 12 hours of labor and $1,800 for a plastic radiator, which is typically around $900–$1,000. For comparison, a stronger aluminum radiator is usually about $1,400. Throughout the process, the staff was very rude and seemed annoyed by me asking simple questions. When I questioned the bill, an argument started and the owner told his workers to shut the doors so I couldn’t leave, which made me genuinely fear for my safety. This experience showed a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

The people here work really hard and do everything. They can to help you out, especially when you are in a Bind. They also will take you to a hotel or take you somewhere to get something to eat. They stand behind what they say they can do. And the other good thing is. They only charge $75 an hour for labor.
I purchased and had this establishment install a compressor for my A/C unit about three months ago. The part was of poor quality and A/C unit stopped working within a few months of it being installed. The owner refused to honor the warranty on the part. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
