I ordered 3/4 Stone from this company as I need this type of stone due to water drainage on my driveway. The stone is definitely larger than 3/4 as I always order this size but I was hoping after a month it would compact in a little bit better but it did not. I called the company and they came out to assess the situation and three times the owner told me yes our stone is a little bit larger. I said to him if it's larger than how do you call it 3/4 Stone and how am I supposed to know that as a homeowner. He would not give me new stone nor would he even meet me halfway on the situation. I am stuck driving on large Stone and it's making it hard to mow my lawn that runs into the driveway. This company just wants to take your money and they do not care about the average homeowner who spends a lot of money on Stone. Do not buy Stone from this company, there are plenty of other companies that you can get a better quality and who care.

I had a delivery scheduled for two weeks. They told me they would call me the day before delivery (didn't, I had to call them). They call me the day the delivery was supposed to be there and said their screener broke (which I had been told the screening was already being done) and that there was nothing they could do. So I lost a 1500$ deposit that I had with a heavy machinery rental company. Rather than TRY to make it right they said there's nothing they can do. AWFUL customer service. They will do the same to you. Pay the extra money and go elsewhere. ABSOLUTE joke and unprofessional
