Good morning, We wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at the Westland Lowe’s named Aidan. We visited your store on 5-24-2026 and purchased 10 bags of peat moss hummus. Unfortunately, during that visit no one offered to help us load the bags, even when employees walked by and could clearly see us struggling. After getting home and finishing part of our flower beds, we realized we needed 15 more bags and honestly dreaded having to come back because of our experience the day before. However, when we returned on 5-25-2026, our experience was completely different thanks to Aidan. We arrived in the morning and parked near the mulch pickup area like we had the previous day. Aidan greeted us right away, and when I asked if there was any peat moss hummus outside near the mulch area, he explained there was not, but immediately offered to help us load it. Aidan went completely out of his way to help us. He loaded all 15 bags onto a flat cart and then also helped load them into our car. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Because of employees like Aidan, we will continue coming back to Lowe’s. It is hard these days to go somewhere and easily find employees willing to help, and many times customers have to search the store just to get assistance. Aidan made our experience easy and pleasant, and we truly appreciated it. Please make sure Aidan is recognized for his excellent customer service. This location just got new handicapped motorized carts! I don't think I've ever used a new one, it was wonderful. Store is very well kept. Use the app when in store, it will tell you the exact aisle AND row your item is!
I recently placed a large order for hardwood flooring, the store associates were very accommodating and helpful. Due to weather and not being able to pic my order up they extended my pickup window for 2 months. They were awesome loading it onto my trailer as well!! Thanks to Halie, Anthony, Logan, and Jeremy for a great experience and top notch customer service!!

I don't go to Lowes that often. Im Normally a HD guy. I decided to stop at the Westland Lowes today instead. I happened to run into the new store manager when asking where a few items were located. We all know how hard it can be to find help at store like these. This man's customer service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive, not only to my self, but the next guy he helped as well.
