Irresponsible brokers. Booked a load with them, deadheaded more than 100 miles to go to their pickup while in the meantime we were still expecting the rate confirmation to be sent over which never did. Regardless of that the broker never answered my calls or called us back to update us that the load got canceled. Fuel spent, more than half a day waiting on their promises, money burnt. Carriers be careful with these guys. Make sure to don’t go a single mile without receiving the rc from them. Still not sure if they just sold their load for cheaper to someone else and kicked me out in the other hand You guys need to do better. Not everyone is as ridiculous as you guys. Ext I booked the load with was 1037
Pretty awful and time consuming experience... They will charge you without proof and the main broker will vanish when you need assistance and will have his colleagues ,,handle,, it. Been trying to get a lumper reimbursement for 2 weeks. Answer we got: customer denied. Reference 70000-226496
It been almost year since we start hauling loads for Lighthouse Transportation Services, never had any issues, On time payment, quick-pay available by TriumphPay. We ran multiple lanes. Thank you for keeping our trucks busy with decent rates.
Poor communication and lack of support. This Broker did not schedule a delivery appointment prior to a holiday and still dispatched the load as a "Live unload". When the Issue arose, no assistance or alternative solution was provided. This caused unnecessary delays and hardship for the driver. Not a reliable partner for carriers. They refused to pay for any layovers for this.
