If I could rate tld lower I would but it won't let me. They are liars they will tell you one thing than another. Not anything they will tell you is true. You will send in your school pay and then they will tell you they didn't receive it. Knowing good and well they did. I can go on and on how much of a scam and liers they are. Don't go to tld. Find another school not tld.

Please note that this company is extremely disorganized and unreliable. They gave me a delivery time of 9 AM, but now they are saying my delivery is at 2 PM. I have the original information and documents showing they told me 9 AM. This is a very bad company to work with, and I had a terrible experience. Please stop doing business with them. Anyone who deals with them will just face lies and misinformation.

My dispatchers were great. They had a terrible night dispatcher, earl, when I was there who forced me to do a 8/2 split on my fist night out after training. Pay was terrible to be honest, I was at .38 when I was there. New hires when my friends left were making more than the people who had put in years with them, so I can tell that the higher ups don't care about driver retention. The shop there would consistently reset check engine lights and tell you that you're good until you have the fun flashing lights and lose money to go back to them. Or the time I told them where a leak was and I was told I was wrong, that it would be fixed, got back out and had to turn back around to get it fixed again. All in all, I can't recommend. Hopefully the dispatch is still treating drivers as good as I was when I started. Not that one on night shift tho. I hope he steps on a Lego barefoot.

AVOID - no professionalism or ethics. We stopped reaching out to TLD for loads, because their rep Rebecca docked our ratecon out of spite and simply because she could. At no point during the load was there ever an issue, nor did we ever get a call from wonderfully professional Rebecca notifying us of any issues, yet she docked my driver $200 for Macropoint cutting off (third party software with terrible reviews, which everyone knows cuts service off on its own), though there never was a call, email, question, heads up that Macropoint cut off, nothing. Also complained about being late to the delivery when they did not disclose that this was a residential delivery (we’d never take that load, which is why they hid this fact), and my driver had to drive an 18-wheeler through the boonies to find their customer. Absolutely trash service by Rebecca, and the TLD team. Haven’t worked with them for over a year and do not feel their absence at all, so you’re definitely better off working with a trusted broker. If you’re having trouble booking loads in this tough market, reach out. I’ll connect you with trusted brokers with accounts nationwide so you don’t have to succumb to these types of scams.
