We just had our roof, gutters and siding replaced by Leach Construction and we could not be happier. We badly needed the roof and the siding was just plain old and needed replaced as well. We had several quotes and we liked the attentiveness of Leach and the fact they were family owned and local to St. Clair Shores. It was a long process, but we have a big roof and a lot of siding. So earlier this month we had a bunch of storms, we found some roof damage and a big hole in my roof. My ceiling collasped from all the water damage from all the rain even though we tried to patch the area with a tarp as soon as we saw the hole. I contacted Leach Construction and told them what happened. Elizabeth and Dennis was able to quickly get my roof redone! Leach Construction did a full redecking on my roof and they finished it all in one day! They worked professionally and quickly. They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them) and worked with me every step of the way. They have really competitive and fair prices. The work was done beautifully, I even got venting added for me to add a vent/fan in my kitchen and bathroom. My gutters were even sagging really badly and they rehung them for us. Thank you for the wonderful work on my new roof that will last us for many years to come!
Mike was great. He came out and inspected it. He then gave me options depending on my short and longterm goals according to my budget. We agreed on next steps and he was transparent throughout the process. I was nervous it would be a total repair and instead it was a quick fix. My garage is dry after the recent rain storms! When I am ready to get the whole roof repaired I am certainly using Leach.
Leach construction came to the rescue after a wind storm blew some siding off of our home in St. Clair Shores. They had a perfect color match for our existing siding. They were very prompt with completing the job and did great work! I will be using them for future projects and appreciate them very much. I would highly recommend them!
Leach Construction did a Fantastic job putting on a new roof for us. They came and worked all day on this. Clean up was good and Michael is a Great contractor. My roof looks Amazing! Love the color, it's the espresso. If you need a new roof, definitely give them a call! Highly recommend!
