Your loaders are good people, no complaints But the way this facility is run for loading is the worst I've ever seen! I've spent half my week time just waiting at this junkyard of a facility, there are two small hopper bins for filling. This is the 4th time in the same week, where the waiting line is out to hwy 16 and I've been here for more than an hour yet again only to be 5 trucks back still. Management of this place needs people who care about efficiency than pinching the dollar to save a penny
CB CH7 you will loop around the scales and get loaded facing the entrance. Nice people, decent facility. Guy said that they are investing it a better way to get the BOL to the driver (instead of hand delivered). Easy to find - look for the JARCO sign.
Fix your phone or get a new line . Out of order
If your the only truck it's fine, but when they are backed up they are slow as a turtle in hibernation. Expect to wait 6 to 10 hours to get loaded. A number of times it has taken me over then 7 hours, I could of drive back and forth twice including unloading, in the time it took me creeping be loaded.
It is extremely difficult to find out what to do once you get to the facility to get loaded they have a phone number but it's for a different product you can't call that number there's no direction no information and what the process is and what the scale house requires once you load out of there one time and learn it it's fairly easy the entrance and exit is difficult
