Yard is a bit cramped, but still has enough room to maneuver safely into their docks. The check in process is done all over the phone, and it is a pretty smooth operation. Jaz was very helpful in even directing me to the warehouse, and once I hit the dock, they started loading immediately. One of the better places to pick up from in North Jersey.
Smooth operation, check-in was a breeze, trailer jockey even guided me with hand signals when backing into bay, was loaded fairly quick, loader strapped down the load using my load locks which was a big help. Overall I had a great experience loading out. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done.
Outstanding customer service nice people good communication. They understand the situation they do the best they can to get you loaded, they watch for you on the street while you back in the door. Eventhough I miss my appoint on the busy schedule they not reject me they do the best to get me loaded which is appreciated.
I'm a driver of of Ohio just getting back into east coast. This was one of the best experiences I've had. Not just professional but super nice. The owner himself still drives and it shows. Takes care of the drivers. Came out to help all of us . Even had my new service dog my blue doberman out and some of them played with her. The girl who runs the office was all over the place making sure all diced were checked in and coordinated the dock to get us in and out quicker.
