Hole in the wall sub and fast food shop. Friendly staff and good food. I love their cheeseburger sub. I also enjoy their pepperoni subs.
Probably the BEST sub I’ve had. I’m a classic girl and go for a Turkey Bacon, and let me tell you.. they do not disappoint!! New to the area, and I have found my Sub shop! I think if they remodeled and made it more cozy, they’d get customers to want to stay and order food. Otherwise, 10/10.
We are in NY to visit family and friends. It's a sub shop, subs were very tasty, we had turkey bacon and Italian with a homemade roll, we added mozzarella sticks and onion rings to go. The fried food was above tasty, very glad we got them. I would come back!
Best southern style wings in Rensselaer county. Crisp outside and juicy inside and they're truly jumbo, and reasonably priced. You get twice what you'd pay for at the nearby supermarket hot case. The blue cheese dressing has nice chunks of cheese. Their coleslaw is also a perfect balance of crispy chopped cabbage and dressing, properly seasoned. Nice people too.
Always something nostalgic about Doby's. An absolute stable in Averill Park and the owner Kevin does a fantastic job of keeping this generational family business going. Ask anyone from AP about Doby's, i guarantee they name drop a menu item that they can't live without.
