This yard has extremely poor surface conditions. The pavement is severely damaged, full of deep potholes and uneven sections. It creates a serious risk of vehicle damage, especially for loaded trailers and low-clearance equipment. For a facility that handles commercial trucks daily, the infrastructure maintenance is unacceptable. Drivers are forced to maneuver carefully at very low speed just to avoid damaging tires, suspension, or landing gear.
It is always easy, a drop in hook here, people are no-nonsense. They just want you to get in and get out. That's the way I like it.
Def has tons of holes. Park directly in the open spot do not block the lane of travel. Check in then will Be directed to wash out bay to clean trailer
One of the WORST lots (condition) I've been to!!! Mini LAKES all over!!! Huge holes!!! Processing was straight forward - pull in and park in the 1st lot, chexk in, pickup paperwork, pull to 2nd lot and get trailer inspected, then FIND a spot for your trailer... Then, located loaded trailer and leave.
Muddy as heck, if you want mud they have plenty. When there's no mud there's plenty of dirt blowing around.
