Don't buy from tool truck. Iv fought with them for a year just to replace one of there ratchets. Still havent got a replacement yet. Had no problems with snap on tho. I also called Corp they gave me a distinct manger number which just gives you the run around. I'm fixing on just taken them to court for a refund

Only ever broke one Cornwell socket in all my time and sent it in to them along with a universal joint that was getting loose after years of use. Could not figure out the website so I just mailed my items in. I wrote them a nice letter thanking them and apologizing that I could not find a truck (the truck I haven’t seen in forever). So anyways I forgot about it of course and a while later find this neatly boxed package on my doorstep with brand new replacements!! I figured they’d be China but NO, it’s still good ol USA. (I have to say the impact sockets are unmatched.) I have absolutely no problem buying more Cornwell and tbh I stopped beating up my other tools by them because I wasn’t sure about the warranty but now I’m relieved. They’re a good company

I see alot of people leaving bad reviews, and I dont get it. So I'll leave a good one. I have been having trouble accesses my tech credit account through the new phone app they have set up, so I called to recieve my account number and I talked to Laura. Very helpful,she got me squared away in no time. Painless easy process. Cornwell doesnt make bad tools either, love their products.

Very disappointed with the current state of Cornwell. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in the tech credit department to get my account current and to re-establish automatic payments. last time I was able to to talk to a person I was told that all payments were to be done online or on the new app. I downloaded the app due to the ease of convenience, it will not connect to my account saying "loan is not found". I've tried going online and the payment website always has the "payment website is currently down" message displayed. I have been trying to get ahold of someone to help me with this and cannot get anyone on the phone. my account is now behind and im trying to prevent this from going into collections and loosing my box. To add insult to injury there is no cornwell dealers near where I work to help me with this issue. If I would have know this was going to happen I would have never gotten the box and taken my money elsewhere where technicians are respected and appreciated.
