Adrian & team are absolutely fantastic! We take our rollbacks to them anytime we need heavy duty worked done. They are professional, friendly & very accommodating. We highly recommend them!
🛑🛑I bring my truck for alignment after I driver my truck the steering wheel not straight and the truck going to right I come back to JJ. the say we busy bring it next week when I bring the say we check it nothing wrong I take my truck to another Place the fixed. This place you waste your money for nothing. 🛑🛑 don’t do alignment here 🛑🛑
We took our Box Truck to J&J's for diagnosis and repairs. They didn't do 1/2 of the repairs on the invoice. The services needed were brake lights, back-up alarm, fuel tank sensor, windshield wipers replacement, etc. These were the minor repairs and they didn't do any of these and charged for it. Air conditioner repairs and other major problems weren't fixed. They had the truck for 8 1/2 months. The truck will not go over 10 mph and is now leaking oil from something they did. It wasn't leaking oil when it went in. The bill was almost $10K. This is the worst truck repair shop in Dayton and I would advise anyone to stay as far away from this place as you can.
They do good work, but you need to specify exactly what you want done. Dropped my truck off for a PM (which is usually between $240-350), and walked away with a $1,400+ bill. Granted, they replaced my oil pan gasket (I provided the gasket) and spacers, but I think that should all have been under $700....or a heads-up would've been nice
Called set up a scan for 750 Ford. That no one wouldn't or couldn't J&J CAME OUT SCAN AND DELETED THE CODES NEEDED TO GET DOWN THE ROAD. Great job guys. Recommend to all that need them.. O. This was on a Sunday TOO,, Thanks Again
