Be careful when traveling around their truckers. While traveling down an old highway, the trucker was in the right lane as I was traveling in the left at a decent speed. There was a line of traffic in his lane and before assessing the situation he cut in front of me causing for everything in my passenger seat to slam into the floor board. His response was “but did you die?”
Their driver Malek sped up when he saw me trying to merge into his lane, hit me, and then stated I was hit because he couldn’t see me… they’re clearly hiring ego manic men who can’t drive.
This truck cut my husband and I off didn’t even look before switching lanes no blinker anything and almost hit us i couldn’t even put my hand between his bumper and the front of our truck!!! Then he took off as fast as he could to try to make sure that I didn’t get pictures, but I did! This happened in Indiana just a moment ago!! it was an owner of pulling their trailers. If that is how unsafe that driver is going to be, they need to fire that driver that is unsafe and putting lives on the road at Jeopardy!!!
You need to improve your communication with carriers. It's extremely difficult to contact anyone to obtain additional information or resolve an issue. You have to wait 20–30 minutes on hold just to speak to someone. At weekends, it's practically impossible. On top of that, your AI assistant has only made things worse — now, as well as waiting, you have to waste time on this useless gimmick!
Extraordinarily unprofessional company. They are third party deliverer for Peloton, and have been rescheduling my delivery for 6 weeks with no resolution in sight. Forced to cancel order.
