Ivy was extremely helpful and professional in the process of installing my new 200ft bulkhead on lake livingston. He also helped me the update my boat house boat lift to be safe after it was poorly installed by another builder. He is easy to communicate with and very straight forward. It was also nice that his employees were are easy to work with and easy to understand.
Charles and his crew did a great job in fixing and installing my bulkhead. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Charles made sure I was satisfied with the work and went the extra mile in installing a steel grate on my walkway and laying new limestone on my driveway without me asking and at no extra cost.I would definitely recommend Ivy Construction for your next shoreline project.
These guys showed up next day after I called to service boat lift that was slipping. I figured it needed a new belt and to be greased. Said belt was good and didn’t need replacing, greased wheel and did not charge me anything! Gave workers a nice tip and will recommend them for sure!! Thank yall!! 😊
Hired Charles Ivy to build a new boathouse. He was very nice and explained everything, including timing, cost, process and progress. He does such nice work that it is understandable why there is a wait list. Highly recommend that if you want a boathouse for the summer time you plan and have it built during the winter months. Very happy with the end result! Thank you Ivy Construction for a job well done, I'll definitely be recommending you!!
Hired Ivy (2015) to install a bulkhead on front of my property to level out our yard. Did about 40 feet and never come back or called, not dependable or customer concerned. Should have at least called! Hired Moseley and finished sooner than promised. Moseley worked with me on getting my boat house priced right. My advice, go with Moseley Construction. I see that Ivy would rather make excuses than to rectify his problems to satisfy the customer, reason for the bad reviews. I can write as many bad reviews as needed about this business and the owner apparently has no concerns about customer service or he could try to rectify my opinion. 2/2/2024; Ivey doing a bulkhead replacement next to my lot! I was doing some cleanup on my boathouse lot and noticed scrap lumber and stump roots floating in the water below their construction, asked if they could remove from the lake and they said “we’ll get it”. Needless to say the whole crew drove away for the day with remnants still floating in the lake. I asked the property owner who is doing the work and he replied “I don’t know”! I then was at aww! Sole purpose that I am now selling this property next to this property.
