Their drivers have no concern or respect for others on the highway. On December 10th I was traveling north on Highway 231 on the north side of Wetumpka, AL. I was in the right lane waiting at a stop light. As the light turned green and I moved my foot from the brake toward the gas, the large semi truck behind me began to blare his horn. As I started moving forward, I apparently did not move fast enough for them and they turned their headlights to bright. They rode my bumper for a little while longer and then jerked around me on the left side to pass. I took a photo of the rear of the truck, but didn’t immediately see a visible license plate. So, I passed on the right and took photos of the door of the truck. I called Johnston Trucking LLC out of Brundidge. No one picked up, so I left my name, number, and told them what happened. After almost a week, no one has bothered to call me back. So I can only assume the owners also have no concerns for the actions of their drivers. I apparently did catch their plate in one of my photos. I am attaching the photo of the plate and passenger door.
Very happy with the rock I ordered for my driveway. The customer service was informative and pleasant. The delivery driver did an excellent job spreading the rock which was unexpected!

A truck from this company was dropping gravel out of the back while flying down the highway, ultimately resulting in a cracked windshield for me. I was traveling a safe distance behind the truck and not even in the same lane as him. We tried flagging the driver down but he slowed his speed way down to get behind us. When we did get beside him, he took off past us going over 80. We took pictures of the tag and truck number and decided to just call Johnston Trucking hoping that they would do the right thing. Initially they said that they would transfer us to their safety department to have it handled. But after hours of no communication, we called again just to be told that unless we can prove that their truck did it, there is nothing they can do. We did get pictures of the truck and video of the truck sporadically dropping gravel but obviously we were not recording when the rock hit our windshield. The person we spoke to acknowledged that the truck was transporting rocks but denied responsibility stating that the rocks had been unloaded already. Clearly there were some rocks left … and one of those rocks cracked my windshield. It’s disappointing that this company is denying responsibility for their negligence.
Kelly creek RV Park has used Johnson trucking exclusively to surface our roads. Great service and charges were better than most. I particularly liked their crushed concrete.
