Carmelo was responsive from the outset and Crystal helped navigate us through the permitting process. Carmelo and his team were early every day and did a great job removing my swimming pool. Don’t know that I’ve had a more fun experience interacting with a work crew on a home improvement project. Lone star exceeded my expectations in both price and schedule. They provided a timely and thorough estimate for their services, were easy to communicate with, and were punctual on the agreed start date. They finished the job sooner than expected and to a workman-like standard. The men on the job site conducted themselves in a professional manner and were friendly, hard-working, and respectful. These guys did a fantastic job doing partial demolition of our defunct pool. Great price, done very fast including fence being removed and rebuilt. Yard is all ready for landscaping now. Wonderful cleanup job afterward as well once the job was complete.
