Location: Pilot Flying J, Arlington, WA I’m writing this review to address an incident involving the driver of tractor number 250 from Hi‑Ball Trucking. I approached the driver to apologize for backing up on the scale. I wanted to be respectful, especially because he’s older than me. Instead of accepting the apology or handling the situation professionally, he responded by being rude, disrespectful, and even using racist language toward me. This behavior is completely unacceptable for anyone representing a company, especially in a professional trucking environment where respect and communication matter. I’m leaving this review not out of anger, but to make it clear that you don’t have to be rude or call someone racist names, especially when they’re approaching you calmly and respectfully. I hope this feedback reaches the right people so situations like this don’t happen to other drivers.
Great people to work with. There are brokers that no matter how much they pay I would refuse to work with them and this brokerage is definitely not one of them. I always check with them when I am in Billings area.
Was there to pickup a load heading to Ozark, MO and got there a bit early, they offered me coffee and were courteous. Great group of guys..
