Good selection of stuff, but I was charged a month's rent for a UBox that I had emptied out from them. Issue was corrected through my credit card. Double check with them before you think you are finished or you might get charged!
Facility was clean and associates were friendly. We always use U-Haul when moving or transporting furniture as they are always upfront with prices and will give estimates when you ask them.
very friendly and prompt...went to get quotes on 2 trailer rentals plus bought my hitch's 3-ball thingy and a locking pin for it, the salesman installed it quickly for me and checked my electrical components to verify they were working. Will be renting from them to make some huge furniture changes.
The costumer service is horrible!! Rude and not professional the two old man total ……. They do t help you AT ALL!! and they talk you you in a nasty way. I will recommend to drive to the other U haul in Bradenton 3602 14th St W there you will find friendly stuff ready to help you and answer all your questions also in and out faster and satisfied.
