After reading a few glowing reviews of the company and a long conversation with Ron Bennet, the owner, it was clear that this was the team to handle my install. Ron and his team installed our ground array in 2015 and it has been functioning flawlessly ever since. In 2018 the team did another amazing roof install for a total of 49 panels. I have been nothing but happy with their customer support and the individual attention that Ron personally gives to us. If you're looking for a personal experience instead of the large impersonal installs you'll get with large national installers, then Ron and his team will fit the bill.
Got Sun Go Solar installed the solar array on our house back in 2014. The installation process went quickly and smoothly, they answered all of our questions and made some custom changes we asked for, and everything has worked very well since. The solar array has more than paid for itself already and we haven't seen any decrease in efficiency of the panels. Ron and his team have been great to work with -- without exception an excellent experience!
After a recommendation from a colleague, we reached out to Got Sun Go Solar about adding solar panels to our existing array. With the addition of an electric vehicle, we have significantly more energy use. Ron was very responsive, made a site visit, and recommended adding panels to the south facing roof on our storage shed/boat house. We were very pleased with the electrical contractors who did the installation, which ended up adding 6 panels to the shed and 2 to the east roof. Got Sun Go Solar was one of the few companies that were willing to add to our existing array and the new panels produce as much and sometimes more than the existing array of 15. We were so pleased with the result that we asked about a battery backup, which they are also willing to install. The admin staff is very responsive and handled the logistics on the permitting process and installation, even with some hiccups with city inspector signoffs and connecting to the grid.
Sales is this company's main focus. They are a federal energy grant harvesting operation, who contracts out all of their work. Over promising and under delivering. If you pay them before the work is complete, you will receive less than satisfactory service. Their contractors are late, not organized and do not fulfill their promises. Check your property for all the parts and pieces they will leave around. Do not do it. There are better installers in RI. Lesson learned.

From the very first meeting in April 2015 we knew that this company knew what they were doing and we had confidence in them. Fast forward to 2022 - a question arose due to the 4G conversion that was taking place.
