The owner told me he would pick up a trailer for me in Bozeman MT and drive it to Missoula. He quoted me a price over the phone and asked if he drive a little further and said that St Regis MY. I’ve called and text him multiple times waiting to get the job scheduled and he’s not getting back to me, he ignoring me. If you want reliable, responsibility and good customer service this is not the company. It’s takes no time for the owner to text me back and tell me that’s he’s no longer interested. To ignore a customer is unprofessional.
