Cannot say enough good things about having a local company. Credit card processing 1-800 numbers takes days to get resolutions, multiple phone calls to get answers and with Global 1 Merchant Solutions you have a local rep, a person who takes care of problems for you. I made a big mistake and they took care of ASAP, got multiple updates on the progress, best thing I did was switch. To have someone who knows you by name and cares about helping your company, especially when dealing with something as important as credit card processing is invaluable.
