I am incredibly pleased with their services; the owner/manager was incredibly kind and generous. Typically you’d be charged an arm and a leg for services but it was incredibly affordable & with in my budget as a young college student. This company helped me feel at so much ease, as car issues are never convenient, Towing Florida LLC turned a bad situation into knowing that I can call them whenever a problem occurs with me or my loved ones. Not only was the customer service was amazing, but the technician, was prompt and here in under 10 mins. The tow truck as well in person (I’d provide photos but it was dark) was very presentable and clean. The equipment appeared brand new and well taken care of. Now I have a towing company to use if any other issues in the future appear. I would recommend Towing Florida LLC.
This company is the absolute worst. To begin with, their business name does not match their labels placed on booted cars. The company name shows “Dade Booting, LLC”. I found this information to be false after hours of research. This booting company booted my car within my complex. I called them at 7:30 in the morning to remove the boot. I paid the fee and 4.5 hours later, someone appeared to remove the boot. Mind you, this was after about 50 calls (which went unanswered) to their number on the label. I ended up having to call my POA office and they got in contact with them. The office continues to not answer my phone calls even after two separate employee offered a refund for this removal time frame. DO NOT RECOMMEND. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Amazing service! Emailed them on a Sunday night enquiring about a tow service for Monday morning and got an answer from the owner within 1h. The tow truck was on time, the driver (owner) super friendly, the rate was very reasonable, and the service excepcional. I'd definitely recommend them.
