Good company! Their level of professionalism was impeccable! Constant communication. They answer the phone and respond by email quickly. Everyone I spoke to was very polite, respectful, and were quickly able to direct me to who I needed to speak to for the freight they contracted me to deliver for their customer. Their rates are very fair and competitive in the industry. They also were very conscientious of the fact that I was driving. They kept the check in calls to a minimum and were content with me updating them through text when my hands were free. As a carrier, that is very much appreciated. I can’t tell you how many brokers will call me and double call me every few hours when I doing a load for them. Distracted driving doesn’t benefit anyone and excessively calling a driver could potentially put them and others sharing the road in danger. It was the first load I had ever done for them, but they trusted me enough to take the freight and trusted that I would make the delivery in a timely manner and allowed me to do what I was hired for with minimal distractions. I hope to work with them again.
