If I could give zero or below stars would still be too good for Harrison FedEx drivers! Claims he delivered to my house while I was outside watching him drive by! Always have problems with FedEx deliveries! Call their customer service which is outsourced in India or some Asian country that can't speak very much English, let alone understand it! They want your phone number, any extra phone numbers, email and home address so they can sell it to scammers and robo callers! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO TRY TO TRACK DOWN MY OWN PACKAGES!! With all the negative reviews you'd think they would improve just a little!? THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!
Too many times the Drivers Delivered to Wrong Address... Even when package was Addressed Correctly. The main problem is the map system that FedEx uses is NOT updated often. We are in a New house (3 years old now) at 1 Bandy Dr... The map keeps showing 1 Bandy Circle... When they show the package delivered photo, we get in the car and go get it at the other house...
I cringe when ever I know something I ordered is coming by FedEx through Harrison Arkansas. The driver will drive right by my house and keep going. I actually have stood in the road to stop him from driving off. They keep saying wrong address but all our mail is delivered there and ups has no problem delivering. I have given very presice directions and we have a red house so it just drives me crazy.
I hate getting stuff from FedEx. They screw up every. Single. Time. They leave packages at random address and if you require a signature they completely ignore it. The guy that does jasper deliveries just doesn't care. Now I'm having to track down my own package. Hopefully I find it and hopefully whoever has it gives it back.
My husband and I are disabled and only one of the drivers will deliver to the house. The other driver is just too lazy to come a half a mile back to the house!
