This place is a total nightmare. The staff is completely unhelpful and doesn't care about your time. We arrived at 4:40 am, right when they opened at 5 am, but didn't get assigned a dock until 8 am - a ridiculous 3-hour wait. The docks themselves are super cramped, with trees, electric poles, and fences making it a challenge to back in. And to top it off, no one is willing to lend a hand. I even asked them to move a truck that was in the way, but they ignored me. It took me forever to get docked. Definitely not recommended for dry van drivers. Avoid this place if you can
I didn’t pay them any mind until they started allowing 53’ trucks come, now, all day everyday the streets and intersections are completely blocked with trucks up and down the street. I feel so bad for the drivers because there’s no where to park. But this company is an absolute disruption and disaster on the community
