A quick tip on the layout: the entrance to place your order is on the side of the building closer to the main driveway, while the warehouse for pickup is on the opposite side. if your going to be the lowest bidder on part trader don't hang up on us. We called back and got transpired 2 times then hung up on . I understated it was probably closing time where you're at. but really our last experience with your co. was you accepted the bid and never sent the part that was over 8 months ago we general will lose money on a part then have to put up with the service

Every businesses most important asset is its employees and the first impression you get when you walk threw the front door. The staff at the front desk the 3 girls and 1 gentlemen for some apparent reason always have a very poor demeanor. Thier customer service skills are very poor including the cashier thats doesnt even acknowledge you when you walk up to pay.
