I am an owner operator, I use Evans transportation for specialty Loads for the last four years. I know all of us truckers have issues with certain brokers, And we all have our favorite brokers that always come through for us. And 100% have to say that Casey M, Britney, and now Eli Have to be my favorite three brokers out of anyone on the load board. These three deal with specialty Loads, Oversize/Stretch. This team has got me through the roughest time of trucking last year 2024 and 2025. We almost went bankrupt due to how bad rates were. Casey and his team kept Us rolling through some really hard times. I don’t typically do reviews for anyone, but this team has came through for my MC multiple times. I don’t think in the last three years I’ve ever gotten into an argument about a rate, Or had to fight with anyone over detention, Honestly, This team took really good care of us. To be honest, Evans transportation is our number one broker! We love you guys and appreciate everything that you have done for us as an owner operator. I hope that if anyone sees this from Evans transportation, your small specialty team that works for all the oversize loads in Texas, You three are doing a dang good job, I don’t think I’ve never met a group of brokers that are so caring and listen to our problems that we have in immediately fix it and make it right! When I see emails from Evans transportation, we immediately open them because they’re always on point! Keep up the great work!
So poor communication I am never see before. You spend on the phone a hour to know that load have 5 picks, dropped trailer or delivery in next month. Don’t waste your time with them

They either don't pay or pay with unacceptable delays! I have an open invoice since 3/27, now it is 7/2 and they supposedly sent a check 12 days ago, from WI to IL, now when I sent an email stating that it has been 12 days and we have not received a check, I was told I have to wait another 30 days. This is absurd.
←Update → I originally left a bad review, I acknowledge it was written while very frustrated at the situation, however it was accurate information about our experience with our first load with this broker. I am upping the stars based on the communication I received 3 hours after it was written. That in itself speaks volumes about a company that truly cares about feedback in a way that they can use to improve customer relationships (not just to get a bad review taken down). Phil took the time to find out who we were and what load we were on to simply ask for a second chance to make a good impression. If you deal with new brokers often, then you know most of the time you are just another truck, another load, another dollar...so I did not expect a supervisor to respond in such an empathetic manner. We will now definitely give it another shot with Evans if the opportunity arises, based on our phone conversation. If the next one goes well I will update again.
