I had a very disappointing experience with Estes delivery (PRO# 0038091576). The driver was not professional, had a poor attitude, and did not listen to our concerns or instructions. He left the pallets blocking our parking lot and driveway without proper communication or consideration. The delivery was completed without us signing the paperwork, and the driver simply left. When I contacted customer service, the response was also not helpful and did not resolve the issue. Because of this poor service, we had to deal with unexpected expenses and additional problems. I have never experienced this level of customer service from a delivery company before. This was a very frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I hope Estes takes this feedback seriously and improves its service.

The driver, Josue Torres, was exactly on time and placed the freight inside of my garage with no questions at all, and even stayed there to ensure that the product was undamaged. This was the most professional and timely delivery I have see on over 30 years. Many thanks to you all for a very easy and intuitive experience, from setting a delivery time (an actual person picks up the phone) to Josue ensuring a perfect customer experience. I will use Estes again, no questions asked.

Estes as a transport logistics company have always delivered my heavier products with a precision that rivals the “other” larger companies. Over the years ,I have seen them deliver on time ,despite acts of god ,such as snowstorms and other forms of inclement weather. Great company to use ,if you are a distributor of heavier products that requires a lift gate .Communication with the dispatch and even corporate is fully transparent and reactive.

Had a delivery of 8,000 lbs of mulch. The driver, Mark, was coolly professional on a Hot afternoon in Florida in unloading them and getting them into place. Order was on time and company communication was excellent 👌

I am a 26 year LTL driver for another company. I was truly concerned about getting a delivery sent to my house shipped on a freight carrier. I know a residential curbside delivery means, curbside. I also know for the company I work for, residential are usually appointed and somebody has to be home to sign for it. I was trying to make an arrangement for someone to be here due to my work schedule. To my surprise, I got a text from your company stating no appointment or signature was going to be required. I was still concerned it was gonna be left at my curb. Your driver went above and beyond and was sensible enough to leave it in a good spot close to the house. I want to commend your driver and thank him!
