Entire remodel of a 3bd 2 bath condo. Our unit required extensive repairs, lasting 4 months in construction. We were constantly kept aware of the progress via calls, FaceTime and texted. Carlos was very accessible to address our concerns. Carlos and his team replaced every component of this unit. From the beginning numerous concerns were pointed out by the team to help us make the best decisions for a successful project. The team found mold behind Sheetrock and throughout the a/c ducting which was not identified by the inspector before we purchased the unit. The team constructed two completely new bathrooms, replaced the entire kitchen, flooring, sliding glass doors and windows, a/c unit, electrical wiring, interior doors, added closet organizers to each bedroom closet ,floor and ceiling molding, raised the kitchen ceiling, added recessed lighting, updated all electrical outlets and plumbing. Carlos and his team are very kind, helpful, respectful individuals. We are thinking about another remolded and would use Carlos and his team again.
