So i assume they deleted my previous review because I was looking for it to give an update. I guess they dont want anyone knowing that they start deductions for the lease purchase on week one. Oh well. This update is for the finality. I'm no longer with the company. Now, I understand when you take an "as is" truck you are held accountable for the pre existing conditions of that truck. That said. The escrow you accumulate will be held for the fixing of the pre existing conditions maintenance. I had $2k in escrow and was told i had a $2,100 maintenance charge plus other maintenance fees that mysteriously appeared out of nowhere that wiped out my escrow. This company isn't the only company that does this but just beware that with this company or any other company that you will not get your escrow and you must be ok with knowing this as I became ok with it.
The maintance crew are friendly and attentive. I would not recommend the lease program, unless you want to be broke for months like I was. The lease program is not for everyone.
Ashley was awesome, made orientation nice, easy and quick. They really care about you and tell it straight. Equipment is well maintained.
Great Company, very helpful and polite, staff is very awesome makes you feel like family, and to top it off Ashley S was very hands on and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving and her energy and kindness is off the charts.
