The Take Time To Be Safe is clearly not practiced by any of their drivers. Love getting cutting off on 95 in Baltimore by one of force merging into an opening that was about half the size needed and having to slam my brakes so the front of my truck didn’t get taken off.
I came to pick up a load, I was about 3 hours early, with only 4 hours left on my clock for the day. No clear signs posted on what to do or where to go. I parked outside the gate as sign said but wasn't sure where to go. I walked inside gate went to door on the left go inside and you'll see shipping signs then. Their location seems to be busy, but not much extra space. They said long as I could find a place out the way I could wait until I could get loaded. Everyone was considerate, and seem reasonable, for the most part. I was able to get loaded and get my 10-hour break with a nap in between so it worked out. Thanks yall. God bless.
These are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. As a new driver this really makes a difference. Met a local driver on the way in who showed me where to go and thanked me for doing what I do. At the pickup window was also greeted by a nice guy who got me in and out quick. Everyone I passed said hello. I wish other places were like this. Thanks!
The tech they put in their trucks for "safety" is risking the lives of their drivers by braking when there's no reason to do so. That can roll a truck. You're so worried about money, but not about your drivers. Do better.
I drive my child to school in Ashtabula OH every morning. The number of times that we have narrowly avoided serious crashes caused by careless and/or entitled truckers is appalling. This morning it was E2384, icc mc 209658, us dot 317494, plcb-1a3531 pulling trailer 23ds299893, plate pc32127 Indiana. This person is not qualified to safely operate a truck. Fire them.
