Nolan & Son has completed several jobs for our Property Management company and we have never had a complaint or callback from the homeowners, which is extremely rare in HOA's. I would recommend them every time! Attention to Details is amazing!

These guys suck! When I say that I mean that awesome vac truck everyone’s complaining about on here!!! That thing has helped us dig holes 300’ inside buildings where no one could get an excavator. Jared and “sug” always do an awesome job working with us and if you need a hole hydro excavated you better call these guys because you will waste your money somewhere else!

Noland & Sons drive their trucks down i15 absolutely caked with rocks and mud throwing debris down the freeway for miles and miles, causing drivers to have to evade. Very unsafe and likely a liability if hired!

They dig up the circle I live on, so I can’t get out of my driveway. They don’t notify me beforehand. They turn off the water with no notification also. This has been going on for months. Everyone in my circle is so angry! It is just common courtesy to give us some notification so we can get some water or move our cars.

If you think it’s cool to have some dude who is smoking hop in your truck and move it without your knowledge or permission, then it’s a great company…
