If i could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely NO customer service skills. Everything was a game of back and forth with them. Was supposed to be picked up Tuesday, then Thursday, then friday, was finally picked up on Saturday. We asked them a few days after drop off if they could pick it up, it was unused and no longer needed. Was told we would be charged the full price regardless if it was still empty and was rude. So we kept it and used it. Then got a bill for extra money supposedly for the weight. This place is a joke. Trust me better places, with great customer service and cheaper prices around. Also it was all the owner who did all the "communication" ALSO dropped a whole bunch of roofing debris and garbage.... INCLUDING nails that my son almost stepped on....thank you so very much!
Overall I'm pretty happy with the service. We rented a 15 yard dumpster for a serious basement cleanout and Matt and his team were quick to respond. They came in with a good price and their customer service was great. I have a really narrow driveway in the city, so I asked if it was going to be a problem to drop it off down the driveway. Miraculously, they dropped it off with no issues, but pickup was another story. I would've rather parked on the street and had them leave the dumpster at the front to spare our bushes and their trucks. In the end I'd say they could be a little more cautious but it comes with the territory. Matt was courteous and understanding, and I appreciated his willingness to accommodate us. Hopefully I don't need to ever haul that much junk out of my house again, but if I did I'd go with these guys again.
My husband and I recently went with Dumpster Dudez for our home renovation and by far they were the best company we’ve experienced with dumpster rentals. Upon delivery, they impressively parked the dumpster in between our vehicles with limited space in our driveway with a fast delivery, communication was great and prices you cannot beat! We’ll be using them again for any other needs we have!
Cleaning out parents homes can be exhausting. The last big hurdle was getting a dumpster. Checked and made a few calls. Found Dumpster Dudez. Great price. Talked to Matt, super nice guy. We also saw the orange dumpster at another home. Helped make the decision on size. We had the 15 yard. Perfect. Love the ORANGE. Thank You Matt
I rented a dumpster from Dumpster Dudez in early January 2026, and what should have been a simple 10 day rental turned into a week long headache and a masterclass in terrible customer service. The dumpster was dropped off on time (the one and only thing they managed to do correctly). When the pickup day arrived, I was told the truck “broke down” and they couldn’t come get it. Fine things happen. But that was the last piece of proactive communication I ever received from them. After that? Crickets. I had to text or call every single day for updates. Most of the time I got either one-word answers (“working on it”), no response at all, or my personal favorite, being completely ignored for 24–48 hours. When they did finally reply, there was never any real information, no ETA, no apology, no explanation beyond “truck issues.” Zero accountability. Zero ownership. After five days of me chasing them, the dumpster was finally picked up six days late. Not once did anyone from Dumpster Dudez say “sorry,” “thank you for your patience,” or offer even a token gesture (discount, credit, nothing). They acted like I was the problem for wanting my property back and my job site cleared. Bottom line: Dumpster Dudez has abysmal communication, zero customer support, and apparently no backup plan when their equipment fails. They will happily take your money upfront but treat you like an annoyance the moment anything goes wrong. I will never use them again and I strongly recommend you avoid this company. There are plenty of other dumpster rental services that actually value their customers. Dumpster Dudez is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. 0/10 – would not recommend.
