Do not use this company, also known as "sewer for less". He will give you a low quote and tell you he can do the job no problem. Then he will stop in the middle and say this is going to cost more and he won't finish the job if you don't pay. Then even after that, he will tell you that your tank is double the size that it is in reality and tell you he needs more gravel to fill it up. You will end up paying twice the quote he gave you. Then he will threatened to sue you for diffamation if you ever mention his name on line. He will also threaten to put a lien on your home if you don't pay. This company is such a scam. He is rude, in your face, intimidating and unprofessional and a scam artist. Also has great connections so that when you call your township, they will say there is nothing they can do, even though they are receiving tons of claims about this. Beware.
Please beware and be careful before hiring this company, which also goes by DB NewHomes, and DB Sewer4Less, and its owner Davoud Baravordeh. He does a lot of public sewer connection work and builds contractor grade cookie cutter homes. He will lure you with his charm about how experienced he is, and with his low prices. But soon after he will send you an unexpected invoice for what he claims are extra charges. He will do work you didn't ask him to do and charge you for it. He will charge you a higher price than you agreed to. If you don't pay he will sue you and put a lien on your home. Then you have to decide if you pay the unowed money to him, or to the lawyer you will now need to defend yourself. Either way it's bad. Don't believe it?
