Went to TA in NY and the Whiting time was 18 hours! I came to the shop D&D and they did a fabulous job for me they saved me from waiting 18 hours! Replaced 2 brake chambers and adjusted the brakes in a remarkable time and professional way Cesar the technician did an amazing job I highly recommend them for any service in the area Thanks a lot
Stay away from this shop and around this area shops this shop and 5 other shops owned by same owner and he is greedy to take your all your money from your pocket. For Regular Airbags were just only 120$ when I made research but he charged me each 270$ and plus labor. Go to TA or somewhere but no any shop around this area. Dipnote; This guy first price and last price difference was more than $600 dollars and I am still saying I checked the same airbag at Houston TX freightliner it was 120$ instead what he charged me 270$ for each 4 airbags plus labor etc.
Called for help with a blown trailer tire and the woman who answered was extremely rude from the start. No professionalism at all. If that’s how they treat drivers asking for help, I wouldn’t recommend this company.
Excellent service and extraordinary staff. Open 24/7 which was very convenient for me when I had a break down. They got me in very quick!!!
This shop is a complete scam and utterly unprofessional! They gouged me $570 for tightening just three bolts, tacked on a bogus 4-hour labor charge, and had the audacity to stress out the driver. When reporting the driver fee to the company, they didn’t even bother to give the driver any privacy—kicking them out of the room would’ve been basic decency. Shady, overpriced, and disrespectful. Steer clear of this pathetic excuse for a repair shop!
