One of your trucks was in Clinton Iowa today with trailer H11. He drove down the shoulder for a 1/4 mile to avoid waiting in line with the light so he could turn right on Mill Creek Prkway. We were just about to merge into the turn lane when he came flying down the shoulder. We are all lucky we saw him or this would have been a real bad day for everyone involved. Reckless driver!
