Very slow process for dropping an empty. They open at 8, but no one helps you until 9 am. Then they let drivers that are picking up empty drive around you and get serviced while you're checking in before them. Also, they have 2 lifts or cranes but only use 1 at a time. I have been here since 745am, and it's 925, and I'm still here waiting. Very slow process. I hate xo.ing here. I would give no stars if was a option
If you're in a hurry. Or just want to make decent time, don't come here. Almost a hour sitting here and still not loaded. Only ones here. Guess they took lunch and failed to tell anyone
This young white respect lady extremely rude. They utility the wrong trailer waste my 4 hour and she refuse to write my In time Never coming back here
Steve helped me pick out a 20' box which turned out cheaper than I was quoted! Arranged with John for the delivery and had no hassles at all. Great experience. Thanks y'all!
I don't know who was worse the delivering company Casper's Trucking or Unlimited Trucking. Long story short the delivery driver that Matt I assume the company owner contracted to deliver one of my two containers was about on a month-long vacation then when he came, he told the company unlimited towing that I had benches in the way total lie!!! When I showed Matt the tape, he said Well he didn't know what was on the other side of the video crazy, I guess my eyes deceived me, come to find out he doubled dipped and resold the storage container and never communicated that to me and constantly stated he wasn't there to argue with me. He did give me a refund for the 40ft container reluctantly. He asked me to step outside and wait for my check and looked like he wanted to beat me up, to be honest I felt a little bit of racism, or he was just plain unethical. Besides that, beware of Matt I think the Owner of Unlimited Trucking
