FOX BROS TRUCKING, LLC Did pickup, drove 220 miles and our truck was down due to faulty water pump. Broker was informed on time so they can recover. They did recover the next day but we never got paid for the work done. I still burned fuel and paid my driver. Totally unprofessional Mark Stack, i don't care if you marked me DO NOT USE in your system. I do business for 20 years and this never happened to me. Enjoy the money that you made out of me Anyways i don't need people like you, i can clearly read the reviews and clearly see that you guys are cutting money from people for no reason Express Logistics was good back in the days, not sure what happened now
My team utilizes Express Logistics for urgent loads all over the country. Issues will always come up in the transportation industry, but Express has worked hard throughout the years to maintain a professional working relationship with us. They are extremely responsive over email and phone, and they're not afraid to ask for clarification instead of assume. Rarely do we have an issue because of their error, and we use them for hundreds of loads every year.
First of all, this is the only Broker who will charge you for tracking 10$.I never work with unprofessional and arrogant broker in past decade. Be aware they like to give you a wake up call and they will do that for sure! I was late at pick up for 28 minutes stuck in traffic cause of accident. Report situation on time took a picture of the traffic screenshot of the Google map and send to my dispatch who was forward all those information to them and they were still pushing for Eta. So what you can tell them when you’re stuck in traffic not moving and again they’re pushing for ETA. Pickup was smooth and delivery as well with no issues. I sent them the POD with printed first and last name and there was complain. Who signed the POD. And guess what they deducted 125$ and send a new rate confirmation day after delivery cause of 28 min late pickup even I deliver on time.! I don’t know why they’re doing that it’s not on me to judge but there is a experts to find out like psychologist. Carriers, you have been fairly warned. No matter how bad the load board looks, it's not worth taking a load from this broker, you will LOOSE!
Shipper put the wrong product on my truck wasn't aware until paperwork didn't match at receiver. A mistake made by the airport not me,but yet express does not want to pay me. They send someone else to pick up the correct product instead of sending me to avoid paying me. Hunter Smith with express tells me he could care less because its not there product and the correct product has been delivered. No care in the world that I burn fuel to pick up a load and deliver it. its not my fault that the staff at airport put the wrong product on my truck.
Picked up load when I got to receiver the load was refused. Contacted express they had me sitting for hours waiting on the correct paperwork. It ended up being the wrong stuff. Was willing to return stuff and pick up the right one but express did not want to pay me. They keep saying they are waiting on customer.
