Mackenzie from Allied heating did a phenomenal job adding a zone to my boiler and installing a garage heater. Mackenzie’s work looks immaculate, which I especially appreciate as I can be a bit OCD when it comes to aesthetics. It was a pleasure working with Allied as everyone I interacted with from their team were very professional, informative, and most importantly, provided quality service.
Allied set up a time to do a sight visit and showed up in time. Joe called back with the estimate on the day he said he would. An appointment was set, his crew was here as scheduled. They did a nice job. Two days later we had an issue with the system. I spoke with Joe and he got his technician out a few days later. The problem was fixed and everything is working properly now. I would recommend calling Allied over others. The quote was in line with other estimates I had gotten . Allied was the only company who followed through with what they said they would do, they were prompt and professional! Great job!
I can’t say enough good things about Allied! From start to finish, they were absolute pros—friendly, fast, and unbelievably thorough! The serviceman showed up with smiles, pinpointed the issue in no time, and got right to work. He spent the day rebuilding my piping and replacing parts, and by the end, everything is perfectly functional and looks better than it did! Huge thanks to the Allied team!
Called Allied for a yearly servicing/cleaning in my new home, they told me a tech would arrive between 1-5pm, they were on time and friendly. Jeff the tech was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained certain components of the unit as I asked questions and did an amazing job! Would 100% call again and recommend to anyone in need of their services!
I called them on a whim looking for help with my boiler, I had zero clue of what was wrong with it. I was scheduled for a visit the same day, and they came early. I was kept aware the entire time of what was going on, who was coming, and when they would be here. Jeff was my technician and he gave great attention to detail. He was able to solve the issue with my boiler system and also advise me on what I can expect in the near future. He made suggestions on how I can save on energy costs in the future, and ensured I felt comfortable with the plan. He was up front on pricing with details. He thought I needed something else repaired due to the age of my boiler but he was able to look into it further and then confirmed I did not need the additional work done. I am a single mom of 3 littles and I was unable to be with him for a lot of the service and he did amazing. He was able to make this process simple and fast for me. This is my first of many projects with this company. I cannot recommend them enough.
