Snakey Cintas salesmen have been following the Unifirst drivers around going into the driver's accounts when they leave and telling the customers they need to sign a contract with them since they recently bought out Unifirst. A sale is in place and it's everywhere that it's a done deal but nothing has been finalized and customers are being dooped into being responsible for two contracts at that point! This is a very shady practice and if they have to resort to that to make sales, I'm not sure why Unifirst and the Croatti family would agree to doing business with them. If I was a Unifirst employee I certainly wouldn't want my name associated with a business willing to go that low! Cintas company moto "If we can't beat em we'll buy em!"

They make it impossible to cancel. Last year they said it was auto renewed. This year they did everything possible to extended again. Now they said it auto renewed for 3 years! I called the corporate office and no help My local New Balitmore MI Cintas reps only care about making money I would never do business with cintas again.

Fraudulent, horrible company. I'd rather spend $10 for an individual, handmade towel made by African tribesmen than get another bulk rag from them. They claim we renewed our contract with them when we REPEATEDLY told them that we were ending our service when it was expiring in June. We intentionally signed no documents given to us, and never said "Yes" on *any* phone conversations because we were afraid of being trapped in the contract again- and yet *SOMEHOW* they said we renewed our contract. They are coming after us for "Breach of Contract"? Fine. Then the rest of the world can know what a horrible company they are. Bring it on. Go to Restaurant Depot and spend $10 every week buying and washing your own aprons and towels- your headache will be much smaller. You won't have to deal with incompetent drivers, runarounds trying to get people on the phone when something (IE: *everything*) goes wrong and they raise your rates and your service charges (We went from $54 to $75 per week after a month), and trying to end your contract. Find literally any other company to deal with. I'm sure some neighbor kid is willing to do this work for cheaper and better.

I'm a small business and had suffered a huge financial criminal loss by a person that worked for me. I reached out to my local rep Francisco Manzo, and told him my situation, that I need to lower my bill. At that point I was no longer under contract with the company. I have been with Cintas since 2014 when I opened. Francisco came to my busness and we discussed my situation. I was told he could help but I would have to go under contract to lower my bill. I said what if I can't stay opne? Francisco said that's OK the contract can be terminated if need be in the event I were to close or needed to down size to get my business back going. Well fast forward to this year and I tried reaching out to him and was given a sympathetic email back but too bad you'll owe us (Cintas) for the remainder of the contract. So now that I'm stuck I have been trying to reduce my bill eliminating thingsas I go but I am still payning for things. The phot of the invoice shows what I don't have and have been charged for and this bill is from today 4/30/25. I've bought my own shirts I wash at home. Pass on this business to partner with because they don't care about small businesses just money.

Cintas has done the same to me as others have stated. I own a small business and my bill rose over 125% with no warning and for the exact same service and products. When we called our local rep they could care less and now are coming into my business and tearing out soap dispensers throughout our place because we told them that we could buy it cheaper anywhere else. Do not sign with this company and avoid them at all costs. The initial sales rep had told us that our bill would remain the same as our previous supplier and that turned out to be a total lie from month one. I can't believe this company is not under federal investigation. We need the help of DOGE.
