I was referred to Chuck It by a friend who had rented dumpsters from other companies in the past and told me they had switched to Chuck It, and I was blown away by how seamless the entire process was for me. The communication from start to finish was fast, professional, and pleasant. After receiving my quote, I contacted them early on a Monday morning to move forward with a 15 yd dumpster ASAP. They scheduled me for delivery the very next day! They even reached out later that same day with an opportunity to have it delivered even sooner, if I chose. The driver was fast and clearly experienced. The dumpster was placed exactly where I described, and protective boards were used to prevent damage to my driveway. When it came time for pickup, I was contacted to confirm my preferred day. I had the dumpster ready for them, and they picked it up quickly and efficiently. I received a text message shortly after with the final weight, and I feel that they were extremely fair and honest. This was my first time renting a dumpster, and the whole process seemed intimidating to me at first. Any anxiety I had quickly disappeared though, because the service was so straightforward and well organized. I have nothing but praise for Chuck It and would not hesitate to call them again for future projects!
Used this company to deliver a dumpster for a job I had in Dallastown. Our normal dump trailer was down and with short notice, Chuck It got our delivery done! It was left exactly where I had asked, and they delivered exactly when they said they would. Very helpful and friendly. In this day and age, this level of professionalism and reliability is hard to match. Will be using Chuck It again for sure!
I wish I could give this company 10 Stars. From the very first phone call to picking up today; this has been the most professional experience I've ever had. Extremely affordable. I got a text message when they were on their way, the drop was absolutely perfect. I wanted it an extra 2 days and was so grateful for it. The pickup was absolutely phenomenal today. The driver John is an absolute gem and I cannot wait to rent another dumpster from this company to purge even more before we move. If you want the most professional people And the best experience please don't hesitate to reach out. I wish other companies could take notes about how they handle their customers because they really do treat everyone like family. Extremely informative and honest about everything. Chuck-It was super easy to work with. 1. They got the dumpster to the site the next day and put it exactly where I wanted it. 2. They were less expensive than all four other companies I checked in the York area. 3. If you go over weight, they only charge you with the dump site charges them instead of an outrageous flat fee like the other companies. 4. AND I was able to text them with any questions I had and received a quick response. They were great to work with. I highly recommend!!!
