I don't know why all the very negative reviews. My large box with sanding machine was delivered in 3 days from Detroit to Atlanta...I was told when it would be delivered and given an appointment, which was kept! 5 star experience. Oh...and if you ordered something from a liquidator and recieved a deep discount, expect beat up and open boxes....that's how it is. Normal!

Ordered 4000 dollars worth of flooring from home depot. It sat at local terminal 8 days before it was out for delivery. Supposed to be here on Thursday came following Tuesday late in day and they left 2 pallets of flooring weighing 1700 out at road by mail box. Sorry asses no tracking no notification of delivery. I recommend this company to no one.

I’m in the process of getting an issue worked out with this carrier and I really hope they do the right thing. They recently delivered a shipment for me they was weighed at departure and now you receiving to be 176lbs. It was quoted at 190lbs just to be on the safe side. They have either made a mistake or are ultimately attempting to scam me by saying they weighed it and it was 549lbs! They proceeded to charge me an additional $400 extra although I have proven beyond all doubt they made a mistake. Package was weighed on both ends and matched, I unloaded this shipment by had off my truck, and all manufacturers specs for the item have been confirmed for context. I like to hope it is just a mistake but time will tell. I

Central Transport quoted me $318 and demanded $723.57 even though they had all information needed to provide an honest quote. Instead I had to pay triple the quote in unauthorized fees, and threatened to salvage my freight if I didn’t pay. That’s not dispute resolution — it’s pressure tactics. I would not use them again.

The worst company I've ever dealt with. They broke several of our products refused to pay for the rep doesn't get back to you. Maybe a couple weeks later then if you play the game of not paying them until they pay you. They will send all your customers to collections. Worst company ever stay away
