Oh my god, YUM! The esquites appetizer? You NEED to order it! The flavor, the quantity, the presentation - outstanding! The portions were great, well priced too. The staff were so kind (shout out Karina!) From two parents on a date night - thank you. What a lovely experience!

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Colorado Springs, excellent service and excellent atmosphere, food 100/100

Enchilada and tamale combo was really good; however I ordered chicken tamale and got beef. My husband ordered fajitas and express ly asked for “no sour cream” yet got sour cream on his plate. The top shelf premium margaritas were large but only okay. A little disappointing for a Mexican restaurant. The servers were pleasant and in training so ordering took twice as long. The food was good enough and varied to warrant a return.

Between the melt‑in‑your‑mouth carne asada, the crispy‑perfect tostada, and service so good it felt like they were reading my mind, this spot is dangerously amazing. Do me a favor and don’t tell anyone, though—I like being able to get a table without a waiting list. But seriously, great job and it makes a move a bit easier when there's good food in that area.

I really wanted to like this place, but after tasting the flan we ordered to-go, I need to share my honest experience and opinion on Miguel’s. I was hopeful that this place would maybe have small, creative but simple menu akin to Felix’s or ANYTHING different from Salsa on the Rock that was there before. The host was not friendly and seemed annoyed. Sat us at the wobbliest table in the world. The restaurant was empty when we arrived but had tables that still needed to be bussed and cleaned all over the patio where we sat. We had a very friendly server. We ordered combo plates and house margs and nothing was great. Very stereotypical Mexican food and menu. Margs hurt my throat they were so acidic and the crispy chili relleno I ordered was not cooked all the way. The cheese was still cold and formed (not gooey) and the eggroll wrapper was not cooked through. I couldn’t eat most of it because it was all disgusting raw egg roll wrapper and cold cheese. We ordered a flan Togo and when I took my first bite, I knew something was wrong-it had a thick layer of what tasted and felt like lard or wax at the bottom of it. I am so disappointed because this place is close to home and I wanted to support it, but it seems like the staff was put out by the customers’ presence, it’s not good food, and it’s not even good drinks so it’s a no for me dawg.
