First time ever needing a tow for my minivan after it decided to retire early in a Walmart parking lot on a Sunday morning, about 2.8 miles from home. If you think towing is "too expensive", try factoring in fuel, wear and tear, insurance, the driver's time, and the fact that someone has to come rescue a car from its self-imposed breakdown. Suddenly the price starts feeling a lot more reasonable. Honestly, I'm not sure what the "going rate" is, but Elite Towing felt extremely fair. They even documented before-and-after photos like my minivan was starring in its own courtroom drama: "Exhibit A: No scratches, your honor, but man, that's a lost of rust, I hope you invest in the company that makes bondo." The driver was basically what happens if Mater from Cars went to trucking school and got his life together.... friendly, skilled, and didn't once try to tow us into chaos. Also learned they don’t just tow. Apparently they'll move stuff like lawn mowers or fancy classic cars, too, which is both convenient and mildly dangerous information for anyone with a driveway and bad impulse control to buy things that need repair. TL;DR: If you're worried about getting scammed by a tow company, this one is not that. Elite Towing is solid, honest, and managed to turn my misadventure into a surprisingly painless experience. The driver cared about the equipment as if it were his own, which is a good sign of a well-run business and someone invested in the success of it.
Fast, friendly, and reliable service. I had done an insurance claim to get my car towed to my house and they got me and my four kids picked up and hauled over to our house with ease. I would absolutely recommend, Sean, Shawn? The guy who did our tow was very pleasant and kind to the kids even answering all their questions.

Donnie showed up in about 20 minutes. Had our van loaded and ready to go with in 15 minutes. He is a very friendly driver and easy to talk to. Not his first rodeo. I'll use them again in a heart beat. They are in our phone contacts now.
