I recently had the unexpected opportunity to do business with Black Ice. My company had about 51 loads that were oversized and needed to be moved immediately. We could not find anyone who was available on such short notice. I came across Black Ice and gave them a call & explained what we needed. They had all of our loads covered within 10 minutes. They had the permits in place as well as the escorts. There communication was outstanding. Caleb provided consistent real time updates and ETA's. I am grateful I had the privilege to work with Caleb as he provided exceptional customer service, was very patient and professional and answered every single phone call and text. I am looking forward to doing business with Black ice again and I would absolutely recommend this company in any event. Thank you Black Ice and a special thanks to Caleb. You are appreciated.
Horrible company to work with, if I could give -0 stars I absolutely would… This is the most unreliable trashy trucking company. they will fail you every time!! Do not trust them with anything, especially priority Heavy hauls or expensive loads!!!! Just terrible!

My company just did a road service call for Black Ice Transport to help them with a trailer tire issue while they were passing through East TN on I-40. Very professional company and courteous driver, pleasure to do business with them.
Driver very rude dangerous on the highway speeding doing 70+ in construction zone tailgating cutting cars off and then flips people lost because he's swerving in and out of cars with the trailer and pipe risking everybody's lives.
