Graham Massey and Jamie Frederick went above and beyond my customer service expectations. 😁😁 Shout out to Mark - I don't know his last name - for his persistence and numerous visits to my home to switch out cabinet doors that the manufacturer didn't color match perfectly. These were custom cabinets made in America. From the time of the order to full installation was 3 months. Everything was on schedule and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Builder's First Source won't closeout the install until the customer is fully satisfied. If I ever remodel another kitchen, I would totally hire them again and again!!

I was very happy with the cabinets for my brand new kitchen and living room purchased and installed by Builders Source. Jenny P was wonderful and great to work with. She had some very good suggestions, and also took time to meet with me multiple times, even staying late one day helping me make some final selections on cabinet hardware. Would 100% work with her and Builders Source again.
