I recently had the pleasure of working with B&D Contracting to rebuild my house after water damage destroyed 90% of the interior, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Brian, the owner, was on top of everything—his communication was exceptional, and he ensured the entire project stayed on track and was completed on time. The quality of their work is outstanding. The tile work throughout the house is flawless, and both the kitchen and bathroom remodels exceeded my expectations. The new hardwood flooring looks stunning, and it has completely transformed the space. The team’s creativity was evident in every detail, making sure the design reflected my vision while improving the overall functionality of the home. I also want to give a special shoutout to Christopher, Brian’s right-hand man. He is an incredible carpenter and laborer, always going above and beyond to get the job done. His skills and craftsmanship were key in bringing my home back to life. Additionally, Brian’s extensive network of resources and connections for plumbing and finish carpentry made the entire process seamless. My husband and I engaged B+D to frame and complete our house. Brian and his team were phenomenal. The house was completed ahead of plan and the final product was excellent. We have had Brian back to complete a garage, a shed, a pool shed and various other projects on our property and recently he’s been working on a small addition. Brian is responsive, competitively priced and the quality of workmanship is superior. He also someone we trust to get the job done when he says he will. He managed to deal with all of our changes and custom requests and was a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend.
Brian and his crew are FANTASTIC!! In 2019 we had them build our covered back porch which has become our most favorite family hangout and personal retreat. It is our second living room and dining room and is the showplace of our home. When my husband and I contacted him this year to design and build our covered front porch, he came out within 2 days, took measurements, photos, listened to our ideas, came back with an estimate a couple of days later and got us in his schedule. There were a couple of design hiccups in the process. I wanted the dormer extended, but one of the poles would have landed right in my living room window. Brian diligently worked the numbers and angles to make sure that didn't happen. The location of my septic tank also posed a problem for the placement of the stairs. Again, he worked angles, did the math, measured and remeasured. He listened to my concerns, voiced his and in the end, made my dream a reality. I honestly, could NOT be happier with how the project turned out. Brian and his team are outstanding. The structures are solid and built to last our lifetime. My husband and I will be hiring him and his crew again when we're ready to build a garage and new pool deck/pool house. B & D contracting is professional, efficient and a lot of laughs! Brian and his crew built my house from start to finish, everything was perfect it was a piece of property I purchased with a small house. He immediately tore down the old house and started building the new one behind it.
