The movers showed up on time and were motivated to get the move completed with in the time frame provided. They were courteous, careful and double checked everything. The paper work was completed in a timely manner and I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly we were moved. I would 100% recommend these movers! T was a great team lead and we appreciate all of the hard work completed.
The team was amazing, fast, and friendly! We moved a 2 br apartment 35 miles away and it only took 3.5 hours! Communication throughout the whole process was consistent and all of our items were handled with care. They put everything in the rooms where they belonged and asked clarifying questions to make sure everything was unloaded just the way we wanted it. Great job! Will use them for my next move.
Working with Two Men and a Truck was a great experience. They were professional, very nice, & very fast and careful with moving me. My movers were Rich & Shaq. They were awesome. Worth every penny I paid.
I had a move booked that was supposed to begin between 9-10 AM Saturday (6/8) morning. At around 9, I received a call letting me know that the company was having truck problems and if we were alright with them being a bit late. I understand that these things happen so I say of course, we understand. The representative thanked us and told us she would call us back with an update. What I did not appreciate was the total and utter lack of communication after that initial call. I had to spend thirty plus minutes after waiting for four hours already, calling any available number to get any update and was hung up on and sent to voicemail. They movers did not arrive until after 4pm. The actual movers were very respectful and worked very quickly. We tipped both of them for their hard work - this is not a review of the actual "two men" but rather the management and company itself. We wasted an entire moving day waiting because of their lack of communication.
