Please get someone that actually works to answer the flatbed calls. Ben is either out sick, in the bathroom or getting a cup of coffee. He has never returned my calls. I’m guessing at this point, I’ve called at least 15 calls. I managed to talk to him one time…three weeks ago. He was going to get back to me “next week”. No surprise, he never called back.
We were passing through in our 42' DP motorhome on a Tuesday night. We stopped at a little truckstop just to the north of their business and when we went to depart that night the air compressor system failed and left us stranded. I call their after-hours number and Robert answered. They were really busy but Robert came out quickly to try and diagnose our problem. He narrowed it down to a couple of components but our rig had to be taken to their shop. Another technician came out the next day and worked very intently to try and get air into the system so it could be driven instead of requiring a wrecker . Once we got it to their shop they rearranged their schedule to accommodate us and get us going. I should point out that we have an ISL Cummins with a side draft radiator... With a lot of patience they got us up and running and we're very professional and knowledgeable in everything they did. Keep up the dedication to the diesel industry!!!!
I called STLF trucking because I needed some shop machinery moved. My schedule changed once and they were still able and happy to accommodate me. They sent me a driver that was very helpful in our move. I probably couldn't have done it without them. Would definitely recommend. Price was lower than anyone else i could find too.
My 2017 Ram 3500 was over heating and I was passing through the town, these guys work so hard to repair my truck, I am so grateful because I would've had to get a tow somewhere or inch my way to another shop, also get a hotel because I'm not from there. So appreciative for these guys A's in my book.
