I've been driving trucks for 23 years and have never seen a company take care of there equipment the way Prime does. There equipment it top notch and they take excellent care of it. There facility is great. They have everything a driver needs at the terminals.
Love it , very family oriented. Food is amazing the early crew will have you gain about 10 pounds. And some of them will remember your name. Very impressive,we have a lot of drivers that come through. But it’s home away from home. Bunks are always clean, showers are the best no rust very clean. Love the the basketball court and workout area.
Came into the shop to get one tire and found out that I needed 2 after just purchasing 2 tires 2 months ago.Thanks for the inspection but dang my pocket got very upset and disappointed for throwing away a practical new tire😡
Northstar Cafe isn't what it used to be, Food is good service is 50/50. Not sure if they had a staff change but the ladies that used to work up there were amazing. The guys down there now idk....
I am not a Prime truck driver but just want to compliment Prime drivers are so polite, courteous and excellent drivers. One of your driver just parked next to me and backed next me with amazing skill. I was so nervous at first.If anyone asks me which company to start with, I always refer them to call Prime!
